CAVALIERS 98, KNICKS 90: Kyrie Irving scored a game-high 21 points and Manny Harris had a double-double as host Cleveland snapped a three-game losing skid.

The Cavaliers took the lead in the first quarter and never relinquished it to win their 10th straight home game over the Knicks.

Harris netted 19 points and grabbed 12 rebounds, and reserve Samardo Samuels contributed 15 points.

Amar'e Stoudemire returned to score 15 points for New York after missing 13 games with a bulging disc in his lower back.

Carmelo Anthony, who had scored 33 points or more in his previous three contests, was held to just 12 on 5-for-13 shooting. Steve Novak added 15 points on 5-for-12 3-point shooting off the bench.

GAME NOTEBOOK: New York went 9-4 without Stoudemire, who last played on March 24 against Detroit ... Cleveland center Anderson Varejao (right wrist fracture) was officially declared out for the season by coach Byron Scott on Friday ... Knicks point guard Baron Davis (stomach virus) was initially announced as a starter, but was a last-minute scratch for the second game in a row.
